About Fragments of Me

I don’t dress women. I reveal their untold beauty.

Once upon a time, a girl watched how the women around her dressed, not for beauty, not always for joy, but for safety, for silence, for duty. That girl was me.

And somewhere along the way, I learned that clothing isn’t just what we wear, it’s how we carry expectation, how we shape-shift to belong, how we disappear without meaning to. But what if we could dress differently? Not to hide, not to perform, but to come home to ourselves.

My name is Agatha Engadu. I am a Holistic Image Consultant, which means I look at more than clothes. I look at the whole woman: her story, her season, her voice, her body. I help her align how she dresses with how she truly wants to live and feel.

I am also a Trauma-Informed Confidence and Presence Coach, which means I understand how the past lives in the body, and how it shows up in the mirror. I work gently, never forcing change, but guiding women to reconnect with themselves through style, posture, and presence, especially when they’ve been through things no one else can see.

I work with African women who want more than styling. They want to feel good in their skin, without permission or apology.

And from that work, this blog was born.

Fragments of Me is where I gather the stories. The ones we dress. The ones we bury. The ones we carry in fabric, in silence, in how we hold ourselves. Some pieces are personal. Others are shared. All of them are honest.

We talk about colour, yes. Fabric, yes, but also about how clothes have felt over the years. Tight where they needed to be soft. Loud where we needed quiet.

Some of my clients are healing from loss. Some are rebuilding. Some are stepping into new roles and no longer want to dress like who they used to be. All of them want to feel present in their body, and proud of how they show up.

Through one-on-one coaching, wardrobe therapy, personal presence work, and this blog, I help women dress with clarity, not for others, but for themselves.

Everything here is part of that journey. Every blog post. Every image. Every quiet truth.

I built this space gently.

And if it meets you where you are, then welcome.

There’s room here for you too.
